Hi ive made several batches of wine the last few years and this batch seems different
ita a batch of Barolo
i did everything the same as i always do and noticed the primary furmentor
is completley encased in bubbles
generally ive never noticed this before
the yeast is working well but when i look at the outside of the furmenter all i see is air bubbles all around the inside of the furmentor
is this normal

the bubbles are co2, you probably have a faster fermentation then last time, its normal but you can try and tame the ferment down by putting it into a colder room.
