Bottle Drying

Do bottles have to be completely dried prior to bottling beer?

I don't bother drying them.
After I sanitise them in the dishwasher they are only full of clean condensation.

I use the iodophor stuff and let them drip dry in the bottom of a clean dishwasher. They're never fully dry though when I fill them up.

They don't need to be completely dry.

I use starsan and drip dry on a bottle tree.
