How long can you store a keg at room temp and cool it by running it through a jockey box at serving? Just wondering if keeping the beer in a keg at room temp would really make a difference?

Plus as long as you use CO2 to push the beer through the jockey box, you should be able to re-store the keg if you don't finish it in a particular sitting.
