I'm going to transfer a triple onto some peaches and age for a while. I was given good advice from many people and was told to use 7.5 pounds of peaches for my 5 gallon batch of a clone for epics brainless on peaches.
Does this mean 7.5 pounds of just peach meat or is this including the pits?
I will of course remove the pits before aging but don't know if I should go by the weight of the whole peaches or just the meat.
Thanks.

I'd remove the pits. Peach pits contain cyanide, and while you may not extract enough to be dangerous it's probably not worth the risk.

Came out to about 8 pounds of just peach meat, or 1 gallon, so this will be a pretty fruity triple; but I love peaches. Thanks for the advice.
