Soooo, I can't find my book but, there's an IPA recipe in John Palmer's 'How to Brew' that I brewed back in January. I've been letting it age because of a strange 'sour' nastiness to it.

Well, yesterday I threw a couple in the fridge, let them get cool and had one. It was awesome! But, didn't taste like an IPA. It has a raisiny-cinnamon flavor to it!

...and I'm on my fourth for the day... :)

Possibly! But, I'm on my 3rd day of imbibing and I love the current flavor.

Actually, interesting you said that. I have had issues with this particular store in the past. I have bought out-of-date yeast there twice now.

Might be time to switch stores.. :)
