I amaking a hard lemonade for thea misses and would of appreciate some feedback. What kind of lemonade works best for this? How long do I need to ferment?


Enough lemonade for 5a gallons
2 lbs sugar
1 lbs extra light dme
1 bottle watermelon flavoring
5 tablespoons yeast nutrient
1 package champagne yeast

Thanks for the input.
 
So I successfully made Mad Dog. The wife loves it she adds a little sugar and blends it. I was expecting a little more. Next batch I'm using a little more extra light dme and probably using safale-05. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
