Canada, eh!
First time "dry hopping" with toasted coconut (stout). Been a week now and all poofed up and on top. Should I be mixing it to combine?
Probably, I'm guessing...

My vote is no mixing, but I've never used coconut before.

When dry hopping with hops, my hops usually sit on top in the secondary(some fall, most stay up), and get all soaked with beer. I'd be more concerned about aerating the beer, but I might just be a little overly paranoid there too.

Can you pull a small sample out and take a taste? If it tastes like cocounut you're probably good :d

I say no stir also.but if you can stir it gently without introducing O2 then go for it. This sounds really tasty. Let us know how I turns out. Have you sampled any from the secondary yet?
