So I've had my Golden Honey Ale bottled for 2 1/2 weeks now. Barely any carbonation at all! What caused this and how can I try to get it carbonated?

I had almost a 4 gallon batch and used 5 oz of priming sugar. The bottles are sealed fine. The brew taste good, just pretty flat as there is only a little bit of carbination.
Anyway to open them all up, add something, then rebottle again? If I have to, I'll drink it myself :drunk:

What temp are the bottles at? Too cool and the process will slow down.

I wouldn't worry. I've had beer dead-flat at two weeks that proves to be fine.

The room sits between 68 to 72 F. So not too cold. All my other beers have carbonated right at a week or so.
