Hi all. Quick one before I start this Pliny the Elder clone.

I've been looking at the XXL Brewing Co clone recipes (http://www.xxlbrewing.com/hb/recipe.html) and they look pretty straight forward. They do not, however, specify how much brew this will produce.

All my experience thus far has been 5 gallon batches. Do these recipes call for more or less (will be important in determining how much water to use, obviously).

PS: If you haven't had a Pliny...let's just say you're missing out. A bartender at the local brewpub refers to it as "Liquid crack" and many stores/pubs sell so fast that they complain about not being able to get it fast enough. It's a double IPA.

looks like 5 gallon batch to me, I made the AHS clone and yes both the clone and real thing are liquid crack.
