yeah I love Piton! We remember that beer from our honeymoon, I would love to find a clone of that.

I think you will run into similar problems as trying to clone other BMC beer. If you are dead set, use a light grain bill and some rice. Obviously you would have to lager it. There are discussions floating around on some BMC clones that you could reference.
