This is one of my favorites. Simcoe decays quickly, so drink it fast.
This is my Simcoe bomb. It is based on the BYO Two Hearted clone recipe. The only significant difference is the overwhelming Simcoe. This beer does not age well -- you really want to drink it young. After the dry hopping, it should almost taste like hard grape fruit juice. Bottle it, let it sit about 2-3 weeks and then drink fast.
