Sweet, another budding decocter. In any case, it's the best reference I've read for homebrewing, ales or lagers.

My next brew is going to be a Vienna Lager. I'm going to keep it simple and follow some of the advice from the guy that was on the Basic Brewing Network a while back. I've done a couple decoctions before on my hefeweizens, but I can't wait to read the book. And as far as technical, my wife doesn't call me a nerd for nothing.
