Okay I know another noob question, but here if goes. I read about gravity's, so I understand a little. But how does my final gravity relate to how my beer will taste. For instance on my current brew I took a gravity reading when I went from my primary to secondary, it was supposed to be in the range of 1.010 and 1.014, it was 1.014. What does this mean for the taste of my brew or is it all about the alcohol content?

1.010 vs. 1.014 isn't a big difference. But the lower you go, the higher the alcohol and the more dry the beer (less sugar remains). Higher residual sugars (and FGs) also create heavier mouthfeel.
