Can i still wash this yeast?

I bottled a batch of Hefe two weeks ago and I scooped out about two cups of the trub, put it into a sanitized mason jar, and put it into the frig. My guess is that I still can wash the yeast (WLP300) but I was wondering what you guys had to say.
