Corny Keg Leak!?!?!? Help...!

So I just used my new corny keg last night for the first time....there is a small leak coming from the "Gas In" poppet valve. I've tried repositioning it, flicking /tapping it, etc. to try to get this valve to set. Any ideas on how to get this connection super solid would be extremely appreciated...
 
I had the same thing for several days and I had a full 5 gal in already. I took the post off, covered the hole with plastic wrap. Then I replaced and lubed the post O ring and the tube O ring, I also reseated and lubed the poppet, Put it all back together and that appeared to fix it.
