So I negleted to pickup the recommended 5 oz of priming sugar when I picked up a recipe for my 2nd batch. I am brewing a forbidden fruit white and ready to bottle. The brew store is closed on sundays so I was researching using regular cane sugar. Any thoughts?

That small amount of table sugar won't effect they flavor so go for it.

Just use LESS table sugar than you would corn sugar.

3/4 teaspoon per bottle of corn sugar works fine, but the same amount of table sugar will overcarbonate your beer and make it feel thinner.

My first batch of beer flowed like champage by using table sugar. The head filled half the glass and you couldnt even fit 12 oz. in a pint glass.
