I'd like to try making some orange liqueur. Because oranges are out of season and because I'm a lazy sod, I'm hoping to buy pre-prepared dried zest instead. Can anyone recommend a place to buy some high-quality orange zest, and perhaps, if you've used it in one of your beers, describe the flavor?
