Been around here reading the post for a few months and I must say you guys gave me lots of ideas. I did some brewing back in the early 90's and started back up a year ago. Well after seeing some of your set-ups I got started on my own. So I wanted to say thanks to all of you.

You stated that you started brewing again about a year ago. Check out this website:
Brewers of South Suburbia.
Since you live in the south suburbs you should definitely come out to a meeting. We meet once a month. There are certified beer judges all the way to new brewers. I think you would have a good time.

Nice bar setup.
I plan on being able to do that one of these days.
With the exception of my "brewery", the basement is a disaster.
