Okay, that's pretty cool. I would have to rig it to a ladder or something as I'm brewing on the driveway right now. But, still, cool. Good job. Is that just a funnel for the bottom?

Its a 5 gallon bucket with a large funnel and a 1 1/4 inch pvc ball valve. I will post some pictures so you can see how I put it together.
That is neat. I wonder if you could just attach a valve to the flat bottom without a conical shape and then just dump the remaining grains that don't come out. If you used a flat valve then you could still store it as a bucket upright.
