It's On! Ras Chocolate Port.

Hello All! This is my first post on HomeBrewTalk.com. I'm really excited to "Join The Party".

I've been brewing for a little over 2 years and have done some great kits. My feance and I recently started our Rasberry Chocolate Port which we are going to bottle into small bottles and use as wedding favors next Aug.

If anyone has done a RCP before and has any pointers please send them our way.

I made one last year that turned out great, everyone who I have given it to loves it.
Just follow the "directions" on the additions and should turn out well.
