I have a batch of mead that is in secondary and is awesome. I brewed it last march with 12# of honey, pitched yeast and nutrient/energizer like I had read on here. Its very clear and I want to bottle it and prime it. Should I pitch more yeast in the bottling bucket with the priming sugar, or should it have enough yeast in solution (like beer) to do the job. Thanks!
