okay, so my pale ale has been sitting in bottles for about a month... still a bit of a sour taste, but ill still drink it. my irish red, however is on day 19 of fermentation, ready to go into bottles tomorow, it is so dark, its hard to tell if it's quite clear enough...
 
If you're not sure, it wouldn't hurt to give it another week. Well, it'll likely hurt you having to wait, but it won't hurt the beer. :D
 
Try squeezing a slice of orange or lime in it when y6ou drink one . I had a batch that was sour and it helped a bit
