What would you guys say is the best equipment to have as a primary fermenter as far as temp regulation, ease of racking, etc....
I'm a big fan of my Coopers Fermentor. Not sure of the specific size but I am positive it is at least 7 gallons. A big, but not too big, screw on cap, handles on the side, and it is almost see through so you can tell if there is krausen without cracking it open.
