Hey HBT! I've been MIA from brewing for almost a year, but now... I'm friggen back.
Reason for the departure?
A breakup with a two-timing *****.. BUT I think I came out on top
And since then?
Been drinking with my buddies
Acquired a new brew rig (haven't used it yet)
BOUGHT A HOUSE FOR MYSELF
Been riding!
And started dating a FANTASTIC girl
Now, finally, I'm getting back into the groove of brewing again, gearing up for a great year. Tonight, I've just dough'ed in for my pineapple american wheat. Next week is a cascade pale ale and a porter. I've also ordered rhizomes to grow some cascade and willamette hops in my backyard (since I have one now).
Feels good man... feels good. Overcoming a low point in life, and coming out on top.
