I (and a lot of other people) really enjoyed my Munich SMaSH. Beautiful amber color. Nice and Bread-y. Got a Vienna and Centennial in primary right now.
 
It's amazing how many people are thinking the exact same thing at the exact same time. I am really interested in doing the SMaSH recipes, but I think I'm going to do them in 1 Gal increments. Possibly even doing 2 or more, mixing the hop or yeast, or any of 1000 other variables.

I'll have to search around for the Munich SMaSH, thanks!
 
I just finished brewing my first smash this evening- nothing special but I think it will be great. 2row and Crystal. I love how crystal smells and it is my favorite hop other than fuggles. Can't wait to get this one in the bottle.

BTW- my vote is a Munich and cascade.
