Well I finally got the money saved up and got three new perlicks. My previous lines were 5' long I had no issues with foam. But when I installed the perlicks I shortened them to 4' and foam became a problem. So I got new line and made the line 6' and I'm still having an issue any ideas as to what the problem is? temp or co2 pressure hasn't been changed

My bet is the Perls are much less restrictive than conventional rear-seal faucets, with the result causing gas break-out. I'd upgrade your beer lines to 10 feet of 3/16" ID tubing and I bet that'd cure your foam problems...

Cheers!
