My mead is a year old today. I tried it and it has a wonderful cinnamon/orange smell, has an amazing clear colour, tastes GREAT...at first. The after taste tastes like yeast... not a tolerable flavour at all. Can this be saved? What can I do to remove the yeast after flavour?

Thanks!!

Do you think it might have suffered autolysis? I've heard that this causes yeasty/vitamin B/Marmite flavors.
