I have 5 gallons of dry mead ready to bottle. I want to sparkle about 1/2. My question is would it turn out if I just used some beer making carb tabs in half the bottles. If someone has tried this and for any reason it didn't turn out I will carbonate with honey. I have enough champagne and beer bottles to do the whole batch but sparkling is new to me so I just wanted to try a 1/2 doz
