Just joined! Had to finally come aboard to lean more. I've been going at it for a year and a half when I can with maybe 10 batches around the spectrum to get a feel. Now it is time to stick to one flavor I think to refine and play around. I have a couple carboys a couple bucket fermtrs along with other basics. What is a good flavor that can be played around with that is simple and flexible? I would like to do a couple batches at the same time that can really be different but good depending on timing/temp ect... Any ideas would be greatly appriciated.
