McMaster is not cheap for anything, but they have everything. I use them for the odd fitting here and there. Having said that, I do have brass fittings on my hose to water filter connection. I pickle all my brass though.

Why if it's on the water side of things? Do you pickle the brass fittings that are on your water lines in the house? Besides, the miniscule amount of lead that you would leech from the surface of a brass fitting is nothing to worry about. JMHO...
