Ive been wanting to make a white ipa for a while now, but idk what yeast to use i would like it clean but low floculation. So it stays clowdy.
Recipe mostlikely like this
7# 2row
5# wheat
60ish i bus
2 lemons zest 5 min
1 oz cent citra casscade at 5 min
1 oz each at 180* whirlpool 20min
2 oz citra 1oz cent dry hop

Much of the haze comes from the wheat, but if you want a "clean" taste and don't want to use something like S05 which is pretty low flocculating, Wyeast #1010 (American wheat) would work well.

Just don't use any whirfloc or irish moss in the kettle and you could throw some flour in at the end of the boil. If you want ultra hazy look into wyeast 1318. Might not be as clean but definitely hazy

I threw out the 320 because his LHBS doesn't carry Wyeast. The 320 is an American hefeweizen and doesn't have the stronger clove/banana esters of the German hefeweizen. Unfortunately, White Labs doesn't have a direct match for the Wyeast 1010.
