Hey I am thinking about attempting my first lager here soon and was hoping for some input on the recipe I came up with. I'm shooting for a mexican style vienna lager...
Vienna Malt 5.5lbs
Pilsener 3.00 lbs
crystal 60L .75 lbs
Flaked corn .75 lbs
munich .75 lbs
chocolate malt 3oz
1.25 oz tettnanger at 60 min
saflager 34-70
any input would greatly be appreciated
