Myself and the crew last night bottled our first Wheat beer. My question is what is the right temp we should be letting the bottles sit at for the next 3 weeks. We have them in a garage right now and I just hope the temp does not get down to cold over the next few weeks. The garage does get warm here and there because of laundry machines venting into it and the bottles are stored in six packs and boxes in a big crate. I read that we should let them hang out for 3 weeks at a temp of 60???

Help us out guys...

Thanx :mug:
