Are any of these a problem? I have a Watermelon Wine ready to go on, but the juice I am using contains these ingredients...

Citric Acid
"Flavourings"
Pectin
Vit. C
Colour (Anthocyanin)
Lycopene

Furthermore, should I add tannin etc to this brew? Cheers!

Those ingredients are ok.

I don't know about adding tannin. I can't see the recipe, don't know what it is you're trying to make, how much acid blend you have in there, the type of wine, etc. My ESP doesn't work after 5 Pm. :D

True, I havn't added a recipe yet. hahah. just checking if it's possible first.
It'll just be Montrachet, this juice, sugar, and i'll figure out what to add in terms of tannin, acid, etc now. :)
