looks pretty tasty to me! Are you going for a bass-ish beer? Is that the reason for the corn?

Also, thats kind of a lot of crystal no? If you are using that much for color then why not use maybe .5-1lb crystal malt and some dark malt (like chocolate perhaps) just for color? Just my opinion remember :D
 
I think you're on the right track, but am completely certain you're using twice as much crystal as you need. Much more than 10% will take the beer way out of balance. I had a beer at my club's last meeting which used 20% crystal; yes, it was beer, but it was not what I would call appropriate (or even pleasant).

My advice would be to cut the crystal amount in half and replace it with pale malt.
