Any one crash cool the secondary before they bottle? If you age for months will those last few yeastys still carb your beer? I watned to hear if anyone has had success doing this or not,

I was thinking 3 days before I bottle,

Thanks, Jay

You should have no problem with getting your beer carbed. It doesn't take as much yeast to do this as it does to fully ferment wort. A lot of the sediment that drops out when you crash cool is protein anyway. RDWHAHB

Thats what I thought but I wanted to make sure I didn't put my yeast to sleep and bottle a yeastless beer.
I really don't care much about haze, but I like to remove yeast bite as mish as possible.
