Could this wine frige be used as a kegerator?

Could this wine refrigerator be converted to a two 5 gallon kegerator?

If not, can anyone recommend the make/model of a smaller size refrigerator that could be used in its place?

Two questions I would ask the seller:

1) Do the cooling lines run through the shelves? AKA Are the shelves removable?

2) What is the lowest temp the fridge will get to? (Some wine fridges have a minimum temp of around 45 degrees, which is a little warmer than I prefer my beer).
