i've read that aging apfelwein at least a year makes it great. i have it kegged and on tap in my keezer. is it aging in there or does it need to age a room temperature?

I've always aged my Apfelwein at room temperature like a wine or bottle conditioned beer. It won't hurt it and it'll free up some space in your keezer - go for it.
