Multi-Grain Beer

Drinking my batch of Denny's Rye IPA, alongside with my American Wheat, I got an idea: what about a beer made with plenty of Wheat, Rye, and Oats?

I'm thinking 50% Pale Ale base malt, 25% Malted Wheat, 15% Malted Rye, and 10% Malted Oats. Possibly a quarter pound of Chocolate Malt for color and a bit of flavor.

I'm guessing Tettnanger hops throughout, to about 20 IBU plus an ounce at flameout and another ounce dry hopped. (Five gallons batch size)

The closest I could find was this Hearty Rye Ale thread. It recommends Amarillo, which I'd be more than happy to use, as I already have plenty on hand. But I was thinking less juicy, more herbal for the hops.

Any thoughts?

Technically you only need 2 grains to be multi-grain. Which is the main reason that putting multi-grain on a box doesn't mean it it's healthly.

Put a couple more hops in it and call it "anti-SMaSH".
