Nice copper color, creamy long lasting head, nice hoppy taste but not overboard
Grain Bill:
9Lbs 2-row (Breiss)
1Lb Crystal 60L
1Lb Munich
4oz Crystal 120L

Hops:
1oz Northern Brewer @ 60min
1oz Northern Brewer @ 20min
.5oz Northern Brewer @ 5min
.5oz Northern Brewer @ Flame Out

Mashed at 152 for 60 min.
Mash out 167 for 15 min

Sparged and collected 6.5 gallons, boil for 60min.

This beer turned out great, I'm not a huge fan of hoppy beers but this one works great for me. Just the right amount of bitterness and hop flavor without going overboard. Very happy with the results of this one :tank:
