I bottled BM's CreaM of three crops this past Saturday with the intent to give to my folks. I only had half the usual amount of carbing sugar but didn't have any other options at hand. Besides when I use the full amount it usually overcarbs the beer. I did try one last night and it was undercarbed. What are the odds this comes out ok?

It will probably stay undercarbed. If you pitched half as much priming sugar you are going to have just over half an much volumes of CO2. A little is residual left over from fermentation but not much.

The odds are pretty good it will be fine if you give it enough time to actually carbonate. It takes about 3 weeks at 70° to get full carbonation so I would give it a couple more weeks at least.
