Why such a concern? WA and CO are lighting up as we speak.

Well not as we speak...there's brewing to be done here in WA! :)

I think you've hit on something there has been talk about recently in the fact that with CO and WA legalizing marijuana there is likely to be an increase in experimentation of making homebrew that contains cannabis. Even within the states that have legalized recreational use of marijuana microbreweries cannot produce cannabis infused brew because microbreweries are regulated under federal alcohol production laws, homebrewers are governed under state laws...I can't find the news article I was just reading about this or I'd post a link.

Anyways it's probably good for another thread of it's own so I'll go ahead and give myself one of these...:off: and point out this is something that would probably bring the feds down on you quicker than producing more than 200 gallons of beer.

That said...I've never produced more than the allotted amount in a year.:D
