Yes I just made one not long ago. this is my own recipe

5 pounds of wheat DME
1 pound of dark DME
1 pound of flaked wheat (do not crush steep 15 min
8 oz of special B malt
2 oz hallertau 60 min
Wyeast Wiehenstephen liquid yeast

1 week primary
2 weeks secondary

6.8 abv
very complex with slight banana and bubble gun notes with some hop presence
enjoy

Steeping flaked wheat for 15min will not contribute anything useful to the beer. The starch in the wheat must be converted into sugars through mashing.

Not true, when doing extract you don't need to convert the sugars. You are primarily looking for flavor and body from grains. The DME gives you enough fermentables.

...

That recipe looks pretty damn tasty for an extract.

Any special instructions for this? Are you adding the dark DME at the last of the boil or at flameout, or all at the start? This looks really tasty and I would like to try it out. :rockin:
