I get a phone call at work around 3:00AM, I work graveyard at a hotel. Its my wife telling me my carboy exploded... I started to cry, I thought the damn glass had shattered or something. Turns out my Nut Brown fermented out the top and pushed the airlock and carboy cap onto the floor.
And the best thing about the wife? She set up a blow off tube for me before going to work =) I love her so much! Although she did leave me the mess to clean up, that was expected.
