Worth it for the co2 bottle and regulator alone. Nevrmind the tower and tap.

Ingenious, if you just replaced the garbage can with a fridge you would have a full on real kegerator. The Co2 tank regulator and tap would wind up costing more than 200 so it is a good deal if you are going to set up a kegging system.
