Dear Brew Gods

A little over two weeks ago I had an amazing brew day. I bottled a batch of stout, racked another, and brewed up three batches of Graff. I was up till 6:30 in the morning. It was awesome.

Tomorrow I have to pay the toll. All four batches have to be bottled in order to be ready in time. Now I'm up finishing a 12 pack because I need the bottles, watching Joe Rogan, and praying that the Beer Gods grant me patience and a hangover reprieve tomorrow morning.

Thanks for the support. All said and done, including lunch and I trip the hardware store to pick up some new tubing, it took about 11 hours. But at least I have 20 gallons bottled.

The day I return from my honeymoon I'm starting the kegerator project.
