I bottled a Belgian Triple and a Smoke Porter using 5oz of priming sugar with two cups of water. Today I opened one bottle of each and they are slightly carbonated, a very low hiss when opening the bottle. I kept the bottles in the basement at about 63 degrees. What are the odds that both beers are not carbonated? I've read that maybe it might be too cold in the basement and that's it's going to take longer to carbonate. Any recommendations or advice would be highly appreciated! Please help! Thanks!
