Has anyone looked into or used a landscaping drain sleeve as a hop sack?

These sleeves 3 sold at Homer Despot come in 100' lengths.

I am thinking you can cut to length whatever you want, tie off both ends and have a big ole hop sock, make as many as you want, any size you want. They come in 3, 4, 6 in diameters.

The melting point is 250* Celsius.

I have been using 5 gallon paint strainer bag hanging over the top of the kettle, but found that at my batch size now, that's not enough bag for the hoppy beers. I need a bigger sack! (that doesn't sound right)
