Inspired by the how many gallons of homebrew thread....

What beers do you have fermenting, conditioning or kegged?

Fermenting
Before Devil Knows You're Drunk: Belgian Golden Strong
Antwerp Afternoon: Belgian Pale

Bottle Conditioning
American Amber
Centennial Blonde

Drinking
Simcoe/Amarillo IPA
AHS Blue Moon
Chocolate Oatmeal Brown
SWMBO Slayer

Fermenting:
EdWort's Apfelwein
Nut Brown Ale
Bee Cave Brewery Haus Pale Ale

Bottle Conditioning:
Cherry Wheat Ale
Pumpkin Spice Ale
Oatmeal Stout

Drinking:
Nothing (RIP, Blonde Ale)

On Deck:

P.S., How is that AHS Blue Moon clone? I'd like to do one.

Ferm.: Fresh Hop APA, Porter, House APA, Oaty Stout

Bottle Cond.: Amber, Irish Red Ale, Nut Brown, IIPA

Drinking: AIPA, APA, Brooklyn 12-pack.

Love my APA. IPA's!

The Spiced Pale Ale is my current favorite. It was a basic Pale Ale recipe with a touch of cloves and cinnamon.

Let's see.....where to begin...

On Tap: Hefe Weizen

Primary:

Raspberry Lemonade Mead (3 gals)
English Cider
Hefe Weizen
Sack Mead
XXX Hard Cider

Secondary:

Cherry Mead
Murphy's Pub Stout

Just Bottled: Speed Brew II

Kegged:

Ginger Ale (soda)
Oaken Ale
Blonde Ale
Oktoberfest Ale
German Lager
Kellerbier
House Ale
Kaiserdom Rauchbier
Root Beer (soda)
Hefe Weizen
Carib Shandy
Chocolate Coconut Stout
Not Sam Adams Boston Ale
Raspberry Cyser

Bottled and Aging: over 100 bottles of assorted meads and ciders, some cases are several years old...a 6'er of Belgium Dubbel that's coming onto 3 years old...about 6 - 22 oz and 3 1.5 liter bottles of "Apple Pie" (made with Everclear);), some homemade Limoncello, and assorted experiments...

I know I missed straggeler bottles of Cherry Wheat, Blackberry Wheat, American Ales, etc., but I didn't want to start moving cases around...:mug:

Just getting the nerve up to go to confession...:rockin:

Fermenting
Pale Ale
Vanilla Rum Coconut Orange Porter
Rye Saison
Blackberry Mead

Conditioning
IPA v2..pretty much done at this point

Bottled
Belgian Tripel
Strawberry Blonde
IPA v1
Saison v1
And I think 1 bottle of a Nut Brown
+ various bottles of stuff with no labels that I made an indeterminate amount of time ago that could be nearly anything

Although all the ones under "fermenting" are pretty much past primary fermenation. The Rye Saison is my latest batch and that's been a bit over a week in primary already.

How is that AHS Blue Moon clone? I'd like to do one.
:off:
It's good. More of a traditional Wit than Blue moon. If you wanted a blue moon clone I'd use Cal Ale instead of the belgian wit yeast. so, most of the spice in the beer is from the coriander and orange instead of the yeast.

Primary:

Oatmeal Stout
American Pale Ale
Belgian Mead
Grape Pyment
Pomegranat mead

Secondary:

Kriek
Peach Mead
Blueberry Mead

Kegged:

Belgian Dark strong
ESB
Imperial Red Ipa
