Since I have grain and hops that I would like to get steeped I was planning to steep each type and the freeze in 4 or 5 oz increments.

However, when it comes time to use, I will still need to boil with hops.

Is it a good idea to boil the hops in plain water and then divide the batch into portions so I can freeze hopped water as well?

Then when I do want to make a batch, I just merely add x ozs of steeped wort with y amount of hopped liquid.

Also, is there a hop extract on the market?

Okay, I am going to assume all is fine with making hopped water batches.

4 ozs in 1 gallon sound feasible?

No, "hopped water batches" is a terrible idea, and 4 ounces of hops in a gallon is ridiculous.

No one responded because the idea is so ridiculous that no one knows how to reply. Plus, you're on "ignore" for most people so they can't "see" your posts.
